Chancellor of the   University of Jakarta (   ) Prof.  Dr.  Ma'mun Murod, M.Sc., inaugurated the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (   ) for the 2023-2027 term in the FEB Hall, Friday (22/09/2023).  Dr.  Luqman Hakim, SE., Ak., M.Sc., was appointed based on UMJ Chancellor's Decree No.  537 of 2023 concerning the Appointment of the Dean of the UMJ Faculty of Economics and Business for the 2023-2027 term.  The inauguration of the FEB Dean took place solemnly and was witnessed by the Secretary of the Daily Advisory Board (BPH), the Vice Chancellors, deans, students and academics within UMJ.  Luqman was re-elected as Dean of FEB UMJ after completing his term of office for the 2019-2023 period which ended on September 21 2023.   Lecturers   at the graduate school of the  Muhammadiyah Univertiy Of Jakarta visited Universiti Islam Internasional Selangor Malaysia (UIS), Friday (15/09/2023).  The visit was carried out in the context of Visiting Professor and signing of the cooperation sheet between UMJ and UIS.  On this occasion the visit was received by the Director of Postgraduate Studies at UIS, Dr.  Hairol Anwar Mak Din.  Hairol tells about the history of the UIS campus which was originally called Kolej Universiti Islam Internasional Selangor Malaysia (KUIS).    (FTAN UMJ) harvested caisim vegetables on Tuesday (19/09/2023) which are the result of hydroponic plant cultivation from FTAN UMJ's garden.  The caisim vegetables produced hydroponically are fresher and crunchier. Head of Laboratory and Garden, Dirgahani Putri, SP, M.Sc., explained the process of planting caisim vegetables starting from sowing to the harvest period.  Cultivating caisim vegetables takes approximately six weeks.  First, the caisim is planted for three days in a shady place until it germinates, then moved to the nursery for 10-14 days. The things that must be considered during the cultivation process are environmental cleanliness and nutrition.  "Caisim vegetables require nutrients above 1100 to 1200.   New students at   University Jakarta (   ) were enthusiastic about getting to know student activities at the UKM Expo, Tuesday (19/09/2023).  This activity, which carries the theme  Develop Yourself and Carve Out Achievements with UMJ,  is a series of PKKMB UMJ 2023 which will be held for five days, on 18-22 September 2023.  New students were invited to tour the UKM (Student Activity Unit) posts scattered around Green Park and the Scholar Building.  Not only did they get to know the profiles, programs and achievements that UKM had achieved, new students were also involved in playing games and displaying skills such as archery at UDK At-Tanwir, and singing at LBK Renaissance. Sayur caisim yang dihasilkan secara hidroponik ini lebih segar dan renyah. Kepala Laboratorium dan Kebun, Dirgahani Putri, SP, MSi, menjelaskan proses penanaman sayur caisim mulai dari penyemaian hingga memasuki masa panen. Budidaya sayur caisim memakan waktu kurang lebih selama enam pekan saja. Terlebih dahulu caisim ditanam selama tiga hari di tempat yang teduh sampai berkecambah, kemudian dipindahkan ke tempat persemaian selama 10 hingga 14 hari. Adapun hal-hal yang harus diperhatikan selama proses budidaya adalah kebersihan lingkungan dan nutrisi. "Sayur caisim membutuhkan nutrisi di atas 1100 hingga 1200. Nutrisi sayur caisim diperoleh melalui air yang dialiri secara terus-menerus.   Fakultas Kedokteran dan Kesehatan   Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta   (FKK UMJ) berhasil meraih medali perak dalam ajang Indonesia Inventors Day (IID) 2023 yang digelar di Universitas Udayana, Bali, 16-19 September 2023. Melalui hasil risetnya, Razandinta Tafshiilaa Lubna menghasilkan inovasi berupa tempe himetan.  Hasil risetnya menunjukkan bahwa tempe himetan dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding atau alternatif makanan yang sesuai untuk terapi obat DPP IV inhibitors untuk pengidap diabetes melitus. Bersama dr.
