How to Fight for Things that God Has Not Guaranteed
How to fight for things that Allah has not guaranteed. Lecturer in the Communication and Broadcasting Study Program, , Muhammad Choirin, when opening the recitation on Sunday morning (10/9/2023) at the At-Tanwir Mosque, Central Leadership Office , revealed that humans were created by God from two elements of formation; earth element and sky element.
The man known as Ustadz Choi then quoted a hadith narrated by Ibn Mas'ud that the Prophet said, "Indeed, each of you is collected in his mother's belly as a drop of semen for forty days, then it turns into a drop of blood for forty days, then it becomes a lump of flesh for forty days. Then an angel was sent to him and his spirit was breathed into him and he was ordered to determine four things: to determine his fortune, his death, his deeds, and his accident or happiness."
Furthermore, the Ustadz, an alumnus of the Muhammadiyah Paciran Lamongan Modern Islamic Boarding School, explained that things related to the earth element in the form of age, soul mate and fortune are things that have been determined by Allah since eternal times. Forgiveness, blessing and heaven are things that are not guaranteed for humans. If humans had determined their age, measure of fortune and soul mate, then it would be better for no human being to be guaranteed forgiveness and Allah's heaven. Therefore, humans must fight for the hereafter more than the world whose measures have been determined.
“Please pay attention to the verses of the Koran. When Allah spoke about forgiveness and heaven, Allah told him Wa Sari'u ila Maghfiratin Min Rabbiium wa Jannah . When talking about the pleasures of heaven, Allah told him wafi dzalika falyatanafasil Mutanafisu n. When Allah tells you to do good, the language is Fastabiqul Khairat. When ordering to follow Allah's path, the command is Fafirru Ila Allah . "But when Allah talks about the world and wealth, Allah only says Famsyu fi Manakibiha wa Kulu min Rizkih, " explained Ustadz Choi.
According to him, this indicates that an unlimited afterlife must be fought for more; tanafus , musara'ah and alsoFafirru ila Allah . As for limited worldly stomach matters , it is called wala tansa fateaka.. famsyu fi manakibaha. Justwith the phrase "walk" and "don't forget"
The PP Muhammadiyah Tabligh Council administrator also cited the second verse of Surah Al-Mulk which emphasizes that we seek blessings and bring as many benefits as possible. "In doing charity, the most important thing is not the one with the most ( akstar ), but the important thing is the one with the best ( ahsan )," he stressed.
At the end of the study, this graduate of the International Islamic Call College said that of the many prayers taught by the Prophet Muhammad were prayers for blessings, such as prayers for food, marriage prayers and also prayers for the birth of a baby. “Kyai Ahmad Dahlan gave us an example of a blessed life. "At a relatively young age (died at 54 years), he left a very large legacy in the form of the Muhammadiyah Association," he concluded.
This Sunday morning recitation, which is open to the public, is routinely held by the PP Muhammadiyah Tabligh Council at the at-Tanwir Mosque, Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Office, Jakarta.
